This is a manual tracing template for those of us without a laser cutter who want to make the clear plastic shield portion of Prusa's "RC2" face shield seen here:
The RC2 shield design is simple enough that you can do it by hand with a marker, scisso, and a hole puncher. This is slower than a laser of coue but you dont have to worry about edge margi & machine erro so you can produce a full 50 face shields from one 4'x8' sheet with very little waste. (also the plastic has removable wrap on both faces so marker away!) Because the shield is larger than your print bed i split it into quadrants that you screw together. Included is an stl of each quadrant as well as STEP file of the whole thing so you can edit. If you decide to make these please join forces with a local group to eure that cleanliness expectatio are met and proper procedures are followed so that the end product will actually go to productive use and not end up in a landfill immediately or cause harm.
