Here is a custom pinning tray I made at fit for me, with me own requirements. As it might interest other fellow locksporte, here it is available for everyone !
FEATURES :
Dimeion : 21 x 21.975 cm (8.27 x 8.65 inches), so it is large but printable on most level entry printe (ender 3, prusa, alfawise, ...).
Enough space to gut 2 moderate content locks or one heavy content lock.
2 core slots (front part of the core can be placed on left or right side of the slot, but if place on the right side the core can lay with a key in it).
2 key slots
2 x 7 V shaped pin grooves.
I like V shaped pin grooves as pi automatically lay vertically and well aligned when you put them in them.
Also, V grooves are wide enough so you can put not only pi, but wafe, slide, or disc detaine discs.
2 x 21 disc detainer slots
2 main storing areas.
The storing areas have an opening in their wall, so you can neatly put down an item longer than these areas (like a screwdriver for example). Tiny grooves between areas eure small parts will not roll from on area to elsewhere through the opening.
Lots of slots for keeping tiny parts tidy.
