The design of LED Keychain is ipired by an LED device on the Internet.
I like its tenon design very much which allows parts can be assembled firmly without applying any glue. It is also convenient for replacing the LED and battery in the future.
However, I found that it has problems such as cotant LED lighting, easy sliding of the battery, and jamming of the top cover.
Therefore, I design this LED Keychain, which not only has a more sophisticated shape, but is also easier to print (no support required) and to assemble.
I have recorded the design and production process on my blog.

我很喜歡它的卡榫設(shè)計(jì)，整個(gè)物件不必上膠，利用卡榫便能牢固蓋緊，方便日後更換燈泡及電池。然而，我卻發(fā)現(xiàn)它有LED恆亮、電池易滑動(dòng)、上蓋會(huì)卡住等問(wèn)題。
於是，我便著手設(shè)計(jì)了這款LED Keychain，除了造型更精巧外，也更容易列印(完全不用支撐)及組裝。
