This is my custom designed ATX PSU Bench Supply. Each side of the casing is printed as a separate part and then they're all assembled at the end to allow for easier cable management etc. as well as less support during printing. Some support was needed, but usually minimal amounts for each part. 0.2mm has worked fine for all parts, but I used 0.1mm to get the detail on the knurled thumb screws and 0.15 on the small voltage panels to eure the text printed properly. As well as the 3D printed parts, I used the following: A handful of M1-M3.5 nuts, brass ierts and bolts Also 16 M3.5 buts/bolts for the terminal blocks (and 16 of the small bolts that came with them for the half that connected to the PSU) 8 20A toggle switches 16 15A terminal blocks for connecting the wires A single pole rocker switch for the power A 5W 10R resistor to 'trick' the PSU into turning on A smaller 0.25W 330R resistor for the Pwr_OK LED I'd print each of the parts lying down on their flat side, and I've included a full STL of the final assembly in case you need help assembling it.
