To increase the pressure in order to mature the cheeses it's been added a M5_15mm modified Knob from danid87 and a 23 cm Thread rods itead of the former 11 cm short ones. Former 420 grams cheeses where down to 240 grams.

Cheese making (fresh type) success but for mature or half matured cheese more pressure might be needed. A solution for this is on the making...
I tried to harden the prints (leaving them one our at 110o C in the oven) and they actually got harder, but the shape got distorted and shrank (PLA).

This is more of a Frankenprint than a remake but I might do a proper design in the near future.
I had this Lekue Cheese Making Kit with no use at all, and I "upgraded" it to a proper cheese press ipired by 00sufs's
It will make small cheeses of near one pound.

I flattened the tip and printed resized to 0.729 the "Plunger_flat_tip.stl" ...

Nut knobs are M5's from Modular Mounting System by yyh1002 (great design too) witch I already knew and work :
To attach it all I used 11 cm Spring Toggles from a dollatore/poundshop before I decided to print nut knobs.
I designed the stand and the press plate, but both need further adjustment.
You need force for ierting the nut at the base, I used a small vise to iert it

ACTUALIZACIóN
El queso tipo fresco sale muy bien, pero para hacer quesos madurados o medio maduros quizá se necesita más presión sobre la prea. Estoy elaborando una solución para ello...
Intenté endurecer las piezas en el horno (110oC durante 1 hora) y, aunque salieron mucho más duras, encogen y pierden algo de forma (en PLA).
EL PROYECTO
Más que un remake es un impresión-puzzle pero no descarto redise?arlo en el futuro.
Tenía este Kit para hacer queso en casa de Lekue por ahí tirado y decidí convertirlo en una prea de queso de las de verdad después de ver la de :
Como resultado saldrán quesos de unos 420 gr.
Está impresa en PLA e hice al 79,2% más peque?os el "Plunger_flat_tip.stl"...

El cubretuercas es una métrica 5 del "Modular Mounting System" de yyh1002, que ya conocía y me gusta mucho como :
Para fijarlo todo a la base utilicé inicialmente 11 cm Spring Toggles (tornillos para falsos techos) de un todoacien pero luego decidí imprimir los cubretuercas.
Dise?é la base y el plato de prea, pero ambos necesitan ajustes posteriores.
Se necesita iertar las tuercas en la base, yo uso una peque?a presa.
