用于橫向放置10英寸平板的薄平板支架 把10英寸的平板電腦帶出家門,為了在桌上使用,連平板電腦架也一起帶著很麻煩。于是制作了可以貼在平板上的薄型臺燈。 【組裝】 印刷4個零件,在內側的下陷處粘貼磁鐵和鐵板。 將零部件的突出部分組合成內側。 我為了防滑,在零件的主體1上貼了橡膠。我覺得這個不一定是必要的。 用雙面膠帶將身體4貼在書寫板上。我貼上了TPU制的軟皮。 【磁鐵】 因為分解了不需要的書寫板盒子,得到了φ15的薄型磁鐵,所以就挪用了。 【鐵板】 截取均價100的軟線鉤的貝羅,撕下保護膠帶類后使用。 【雙面膠帶】 一般的雙面膠是用粘接層夾住基礎材料的構造,但是在軟材料和表面不平整的東西上粘合的話強度不足。我使用了基礎材料也變成粘結層的膠帶。 【關于強度的注意事項】 因為把做得很薄放在心上,所以我覺得用力會損壞的。我覺得最好不要拿著臺燈吊掛平板電腦。 請上傳文件360。變更零部件長度時,各零部件的軸間距離之比必須為1:1:0.5:1.5。 I find it annoying to always carry a tablet stand with me to take my 10-inch tablet out of the house and use it on the table. [Iron plate] I cut off the tongue of the cord hook of the one coin shop, peeled off the protective tapes, and used it. [Double-sided tape] General double-sided tape has a structure in which the base material is sandwiched between adhesive laye, but the strength is iufficient when adhering to soft materials or objects with uneven surfaces. I used a tape whose base material is also an adhesive layer. [Precautio about strength] Since I kept in mind to make it thin, I think that it will be damaged if strong force is applied. I think it is better not to hold the stand and hang the tablet. I uploaded the file of Fusion 360, so please modify it. When changing the length of parts, the ratio of the distance between axes in each part must be 1:1:0.5:1.5.
