Standard size 625 ball bearing. Need assembly (assembly allow for a small tolerance, easy to print objet, no cleaning, no welded bearing and repair if damage or wear happen) The balls top and bottom are cut which prevent them from being egg shaped while printing ASSEMBLY ITRUCTION : 1- Lay flat the outer ring 2- Put 1 center piece iide the outer ring **3- Iert the 15 balls between the inner and outer ring(Using a drawing pin or a needle can help to get the balls between the inner and outer ring) 4- Align the second center piece and push it down firmly(it should be hard to do, but that iure the bearing won't disassemble itself) 5- Depending on your printer and slicer setting, the bearing might be jam after assembly but don't panic! Grip the iide of the bearing with plier or something similar and turn the bearing. The rolling will smooth out with time (you'll see a difference in a dozen of turn) **Recommanded- Iert some plastic safe lubricant, like silicon lubricant, which will help lifespan and hold the balls in place while assembling. Note, the outer ring and the balls are compatible with my 688 Ball Bearing ( UPDATE 1, 03/03/19 : Added smaller variant of the balls (0.1mm smaller) if you had problem with smooth rolling (.stl files added: All-in-1_SMALL, Balls_SMALL, Single_Ball_SMALL) Check out my other things!
