I needed a split escutcheon to place around existing hot and cold water supply lines for my sink. I couldn't find one that would fit my application (ID 0.86", OD 2.5") so I made one. This could be printed in the desired color or painted to match the wall. I suggest printing it with Support Placement "Touching Buildplate" for the pin that sticks out from the side. If you print it with Support Placement "Everywhere" it will create a support iide of the mating hole which is a hassle to remove. The mating hole is slightly larger than the pin so it provides a good friction fit when you put the pieces together, but it could also be glued during itallation. I added a second design that includes a 1" recess in the face in case you need to accommodate a hex nut near the wall. I included the original Solidworks files in case you want to edit this design to match your own dimeio.
