間隙測試-魚 1.這是一個測試間隙精準(zhǔn)度的STL檔案，共包含了4種時常用於我的設(shè)計中的可動結(jié)構(gòu)。 2.在印我的其他作品前先試印這個檔案，以調(diào)整gcode設(shè)定，在確定4個部分都可轉(zhuǎn)動時，就以相同的設(shè)定來列印我其他作品，這樣可增加列印成功率。 3.以調(diào)整流量方式來控制可動零件間隙。 4.流量降到90以下還無法成功列印，可能是機器本身調(diào)校問題。 5.不管列印完成品能否轉(zhuǎn)動還是可以拿來當(dāng)鑰匙圈，別浪費了材料。 This is an STL file for testing the accuracy of the gap, which contai 4 kinds of movable structures that are often used in my design. Try printing this file before printing my other works to adjust the gcode settings. When confirming that all 4 parts can be rotated, print my other works with the same settings, which can increase the printing success rate. Try controling the gap of movable parts by adjusting the flow rate. If the flow rate drops below 90 and the result still fails, it may be due to the adjustment problem of the machine itself. Whether it can be turned or not, it can be used as a key ring, do not waste materials.
