Hi All,
Here we have a Breakout box for a DBS15 Male or female VGA socket to induvial 4mm banana Sockets.
You may of spotted that there are 16 holes for a 15 pin socket, the 16th pin is for that chassis ground on the connector should you need it.
It should not matter what 4mm Banana sockets you use, providing they have an 8mm mounting hole.
I have a link the ones I use:
For the DBS15 socket I used these with the matching m3 hexagonal studs to screw them into place.
For mating the two parts I used M3 threaded brass ierts.
I also have a link to the ones I use:
And for the bolts, I used M3 counteunk machine screws about 8m long, once again any counteunk screw can be used, providing the screw is not too long (say over 10mm) any more will be unnecessary and might interfere with components
