This is a fiber of chain mail structure that I uploaded to Twitter. It has a rigid structure on one side and a squishy structure on the other. Ipired by Japanese patter, I created this product, which requires no support at all when printing on a 3D printer. However, depending on your 3D printer, the hooks may be too tight on the bottom. You may want to check that the two parts can be easily removed using chain_double.stl, which I uploaded together, before printing the large one. In some cases, you may need to edit chain_single.stl or other files to make sure that it prints properly.
