This is a redesign of . I merged Fan_Mount_Bottom_v2.stl and Filter_Mount_v2.stl together into a single file named v3_FanMountBottomv2_FilterMountv2.stl . The new veion fixes a few issues I had with the original veion as follows: The fit between these pieces was loose and wouldn't hold the parts together without glue. The Hepa filter wasn't fitting correctly in the original veion causing a bend in the plastic after ierting the filter as shown in the picture above. The Hepa filter didn't have any supports other than the notch on the side. This is bad for several reaso: a) If you push the filter hard enough, it would hit the fan; b) the felt bottom on the Hepa filter is designed to create a better air tight seal preventing air from escaping without being filtered through the Hepa filter -- without the support ledge, and with the bend caused by the notch hole being cut wrong, there was a big air gap around the side of the filter on the V2 design. The screw hole wasn't deep enough for the head of the screws I was using. I added an extra mm to the depth of the screw hole. I did print this with supports in the direction I saved in the STL. The supports were difficult to remove, but the rough edges face inward to the FAN so that it doesn't affect the aesthetics of the final product. All other STL files I posted are the original STL files from the original V2 veion created by FlyByTom. The STL I shared is the latest veion but I didn't test it. I printed my previous veion shown in the picture above in which the Hepa filter ledge that I added was too short causing a large amount of the felt padding not to sit on the plastic. In the veion of the STL I posted, the ledge is not as short and should be a better fit for the felt padding of the filter. Please let me know in the comments if this veion works. I saved this latest veion as this will be the veion I would print again if I ever have to print it. It wasn't worth reprinting now as I felt the ledge on the previous veion was sufficient for me to run with for now. As with the original design, you only need to print 1 veion of the Media_Chamber_v2* file depending on if you are using Carbon pelets (taller veion) or Carbon sheets (shorter veion which I am using).
