Here is the list of parts you need for this project:
Bowden Extruder
Hot end kit, (mine is a knock off)
8mm ID linear bearings 4.M3 and M2 Cap Screws and nuts. An assortment pack is more than enough. M3's will need to be at least 35mm long to mount the extruder. AL Toggle switch for the fan, in case you don't want a layer cooling fan. There is a slot on the printer carriage for the switch to be : Once you have those, you can print these on your existing printer setup. you can reuse a lot of the same parts from the printer. The fan, circuit board, and thermister is recommended. Using the thermister that comes with the kit is usually not the same resistance as the printe original. Thus you get wrong temperature readings. So that being said, use the original thermister from your extruder. Assembly is self explanatory and can be done easily. I recommend printing at a high infill for extra strength. You will need to drill out holes in the belt to bolt through. This eliminates any slip that would occur during printing. You will need supports on the printer carriage but none of the brackets Lastly you will need to glue a seor tab onto the end of the carriage for it to be detected by the printer. I may update this if I'm not lazy to make it a bolt on part. But as of now, its glue or nothing. NOTE: This may print offset due to an incorrect seor tab length. I cannot guarantee that this will be the carriage for you as I have redesigned the entire axis of my printer. Any confusion, look below at pictures for assembly.
